Vikas’s last assignment was with one of global top 5 management consulting firms, wherein he was advising fortune 500 clients on strategy and operation issues, based out of Dubai.
Based on his own experience and an extensive client research, he believes that there lies great degree of ambiguity and inefficiency in how corporates recruit in India (and world). Vikas’s aim is to remove ambiguity from Recruitment and make entire process more SURE*
